Complaint Handling Procedure

A. Demetriades & Partners LLC aims to provide professional services to all of its Clients by ensuring the RICS Rules of Conduct are strictly met.

1.      How to make a complaint?

We are sorry that you are not happy with our services. However, by making a complaint, you are giving us the opportunity to investigate the cause of the complaint and improve ourselves.

 2.      Procedure

Our aim is to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. To help us achieve this please provide the following information:

a)      Description of your complaint as well as any justified material that can be attached

b)      Your name and address

c)      A phone number that we can contact you

        The Client may register a complaint using any of the following options:

3.      What happens after the complaint is made?

 The Client will be contacted within 24 hours that the complaint has been received. Any Client’s complaint, is passed to the Managing Director who reviews the circumstances of the complaint and agrees any necessary corrective action. The complaint and corrective action to be taken, is recorded on the Project Risk Register and a full response is sent within 21 days.

 4.      What happens if the Client is still not satisfied after our response?

Any complaint not resolved, is referred to the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) which is the registered impartial Third Part
